Access Your Tax Forms and Earnings Reports

Lifted allows you to securely access your tax earnings reports directly from your account. These reports are issued by Upwork and are available for your records, compliance, and financial planning.

You can view and manage the following report types:

  • 1099-K (downloadable PDF)

  • DAC7 (view only)

  • RDPO (view only)

  • SERR (view only)

All available reports are organized in one place for easier tax management.

Find your tax reports

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Tax Forms

You’ll see a list of available reports, including:

  • Report name

  • Year

  • Action (View or Download)

  • Date generated

View or download reports

1099-K reports

  1. Click Download

  2. The report opens as a secure PDF

  3. Save the file for your records

DAC7, RDPO, and SERR reports

  1. Click View

  2. A panel opens with your report displayed in a structured table format

The table includes:

  • Reporting period

  • Net earnings

  • Fees and adjustments (FAC)

  • Taxes

  • Transaction count

  • Totals

Notifications

When a new tax report becomes available:

  • You’ll receive an email notification

  • The report automatically appears on your Tax Forms page

Data accuracy and security

All report data is sourced directly from Upwork.

Reports are delivered securely, and sensitive files are never publicly exposed. Your personal and financial information is protected and not logged unnecessarily.
