Use Payoneer to Withdraw Your Earnings

Payoneer is a common option for withdrawing earnings if you’re based outside the U.S. or India. It’s widely available and typically processes withdrawals within a day.

Before you start

  • Payoneer is available to users outside the U.S. and India.

  • To use Payoneer, you’ll need a registered and verified Payoneer account.

  • The name on your Payoneer account must match your verified name. If it doesn’t, your withdrawal may be delayed or rejected.

  • Some currencies may not be supported. For example, Mali (XOF) is not accepted.

Set up Payoneer as a withdrawal method

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Get Paid

  3. Click Add method

  4. Select Payoneer

  5. Complete the Payoneer registration process by either creating a new Payoneer account or logging in to connect an existing account

  6. When your account is linked you'll be returned to Lifted. Click Next.

Once setup is complete, your Payoneer account will be added as a withdrawal method. For security, new withdrawal methods become active after a 3-day hold.

Fees and timing

Payoneer withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours after you initiate a transfer.

Fees and processing times may vary depending on your location and Payoneer’s policies. You’ll see the details before completing your withdrawal.

Manage your Payoneer method

If you need to update your Payoneer account information, you can manage those changes directly within your Payoneer account.

If significant details such as the account holder name or linked accounts change, you may need to remove your existing withdrawal method in Lifted and add Payoneer again with the updated details.

Removing Payoneer as a withdrawal method

If you no longer want to use Payoneer to receive withdrawals, you can remove it from your account.

  1. Go to Settings > Get Paid

  2. Scroll to Withdrawal methods

  3. Find Payoneer and select Remove

Note: Your Payoneer account itself remains active. Removing it from Lifted only disconnects it as a withdrawal method on the platform.

Common issues

My withdrawal is delayed

Most transfers complete within 24 hours, but processing times can vary. If your funds don’t arrive, check with Payoneer for updates.

Name mismatch

If your withdrawal fails, check that your Payoneer account name matches your verified name exactly.

Payoneer isn't available

This withdrawal method is not available in the U.S. or India. Check your available withdrawal options in Settings > Get Paid.
