Direct to U.S. Bank is a reliable, low-cost way to withdraw your earnings if you have a U.S. bank account.
This method uses standard bank transfers (ACH) and is typically free.
Go to Settings
Select Get Paid
Click Add method
Select Bank account (ACH)
Enter your bank details
Click Next
Once submitted, your bank account will be added as a withdrawal method.
For security, new withdrawal methods become active after a 3-day hold.
Fees and timing
Direct to U.S. Bank transfers are typically free.
Processing times depend on your bank, but transfers usually take a few business days after you initiate a withdrawal.
Manage your bank account
You can update some details from your Withdrawals settings.
For security reasons, you can’t edit:
Bank account numbers
Bank codes
Email addresses
If these change, add a new bank account and remove the old one.
Common issues
Name mismatch
If your withdrawal fails, check that your bank account name matches your verified name exactly.
Incorrect bank details
If your account information is incorrect, the transfer may fail or be returned. Review your details and try again.
